Bonnie Wong received a Bachelor degree of Science in Physiotherapy (1999) and Master Degree of Science in Sports Physiotherapy (2006) from Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. After graduation, she worked at private orthopedic clinics where she has accumulated substantial experience, including the treatment of acute sprain and sports injuries and rehabilitation. She has provided physiotherapy service at various local and international sports events, such as the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon, Asian Junior Athletics Championship and National Games of the People’s Republic of China. Bonnie served at the Water Cube during the Beijing Olympics 2008. She was also the Team Physiotherapist of the Hong Kong Amateur Athletic Association from 2006 to 2009.
Bonnie is good at handling sports injuries, especially injuries and rehabilitation of long distance running. Years of experience in on-site physiotherapy has enriched her on-site clinical reasoning and response, providing the best possible treatment to athletes.
